Where to find ‘Le Magor’

Le Magor is a small hamlet that belongs to the commune of Collorec, in Brittany’s  most western department Finistère.

How to get here

In order to get around and fully enjoy the surroundings, having a car is essential. If you are planning to get here with your own car, the following options are available:

From mainland Europe by car (below some examples with approximate driving times to Le Magor when you avoid all toll roads):
From Calais (FR): ca. 8h (also when you take the Shuttle train from Folkstone trough the Euro tunnel)
From: Brussels (BE): ca. 9h30
From Utrecht (NL):  ca. 11h

In case you are travelling by train or plane, you will need to hire a car.

From Paris, there is a good high speed railway connection (TGV) to Rennes, from where its continues via a northern traject with terminus Brest, and a southern traject with terminus Quimper.
Our nearest train stations with car rental possibility are:
Morlaix (dir. Brest) : 3h by train from Paris, 45min drive to Le Magor
Quimper : 3h by train from Paris, 50min drive to Le Magor

To benefit more flexibility with regards to time tables and car rental, we would also suggest using the train station of Rennes (1h 30 by train from Paris – 2h drive to Le Magor)
