Gîte Terra – Tariffs
Please note that we only take direct bookings from return guests or referrals.
The tariffs below are for direct bookings only – based on 2 person occupancy.
Prices on the booking platforms we use might deviate
- Outside our high season, the 2025 tariff is €76 / night with a minimum of three nights or €165 for a weekend (2 nights, Fri – Sun)
- During our high season, which runs from the end of June till the end of August, we only take Saturday till Saturday full week bookings or multiples thereof. The high season tariff per week is €620.
- In June and September (Pre-and Post high season) we take bookings with a minimum of 6 nights, with arrival on Sat. or Sun. and departure on Fri. or Sat. The tariff for 6 nights is €520, 1 week is €580.
We charge an extra €15 per night for each additional guest but won’t charge extra for children under the age of 2. The gîte offers space for max. 3 people.
The gîte will be available from 17:00 for on the day of arrival, and we request that you vacate by 10:00 on departure day.
Included in the prices stated above:
– Water, gas and electricity at normal use
– Bedding: the bed(s) will be made before your arrival
– Bath towels
– Tea towels, cloths and sponges and some cleaning materials
– The following items are present to cover the first night of your stay: coffee, tea, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and some dishwasher tablets.
Not Included in the prices stated above:
– €30,-One-off changeover fee (‘cleaning fee’) or fee as defined on the booking platform.
– €0,80 p.p.p.n. Local ‘Taxe de séjour’ (tourist tax)
– €100,- refundable security deposit, or as defined on the booking platform
– Service fees as charged by some booking platforms.
Optional extra’s:
-Dogs (maximum 2): €5 per night – per dog
-Container of wood for the wood burner: €15,-
-Fuel for the modern 3kW petroleum heater: 1 full tank of fuel is included free of charge. After that: €10,- for a full 5 liter tank (or €2.5,- per liter). Unlimited from November up till and including March.
